Topdeck's ANZAC Story

The Topdeck story started in 1973 when a young Aussie vet came up with the idea of using retired double decker buses to carry young travellers from London to Kathmandu. Since then, Topdeck has evolved enormously boasting a modern fleet of coaches (the old Deckers have peacefully retired), awesome routes and well-trained, dedicated Trip Leaders, Chefs and Drivers. You can travel with us all over Europe, Egypt, Morocco as well as embarking on a safari in Africa.

We have been operating ANZAC trips since 1979. We use our considerable experience to deliver a professional and all encompassing ANZAC trip to you. We are passionate about giving you a thorough insight into the plight of the ANZACs as well showing you the amazing sights that Turkey has to offer.

Only with Topdeck will you find two professionally trained Trip Leaders looking after you on the Anzac tours: our own European-trained Topdeck Trip Leader who will be from Australia or New Zealand; and our Turkish local guide who had specialised training in the area and has a true understanding of the Anzac story.
